Twix Family/Sh'ki
Sh'ki
Halfsister to Fey, Dyan, and Rowan. She is currently a Knight of Wor'ight, fighting for the Ash Sea Islands on Atamara. She is unusually tall and strong for a woman, measuring over six and a half feet tall. Her dark hair is tightly curly and usually stands out in an interesting, dred-like tangle of ropy strands, held back from her face by a pale green bandanna with a black stripe. The bandanna was made for her by her half-sister, of whom she is very fond, though they have not seen each other in many years. She has sharp features and a deep, sun-spotted complexion. Sh'ki is a strong and fearsome fighter, and her weapon of choice is an axe of any sort. She can wield and throw them with deadly accuracy.
She is known for choosing her infantry units according to who wields an axe, is tallest, and is best looking. The logic to this is she likes tall units because they're more imposing (plus she doesn't have to bend down to talk to people), can only really help to train axe-wielders, and if they still have pretty faces, well, they must be good at defending themselves!

A Knight's Affection?
A short time ago in ASI, Sh'ki entered the tournament held in Ser'quea. There she met Aethelmaer, hero of the falcon. The two got on very well, becoming fast friends. Sh'ki hoped to one day become perhaps more than friends with the handsome and roguish warrior. Several weeks after the tournament, forces from ASI travelled through the enemy lands of Abington to aid the defense of the new Minas Ithil colony, Kybcyell. Their soldiers were slaughtered almost to a man. Sh'ki managed to avoid injury, but Aethelmaer was killed in the third day of fighting.
Sh'ki was for a time accompanied by Aethelmaer's former falcon, Scar. The cunning peregrine became a source of strength for the warrioress, and a reminder of her fallen friend.
Aethelmaer has since magically been returned to life through his cousin Guenevere. Sh'ki and the hero Aethelmaer now both keep company with the brave and cunning falcon, as Aethelmaer allowed Sh'ki to retain the whistle which calls to Scar, should she ever need the falcon's help.
A short time later, Aethelmaer had a quarrel with his cousin Guenevere, and ended up leaving the continent. Sh'ki was away from the port when he left, but has been closely accompanied by the falcon Scar since his departure. She wonders if she'll ever see him again. She knows the warrior is a free spirit, he has lived many places already, and she knows he is destined to make his name famous across the world. This known, she still misses his companionship.
