Known Family Members

Fey

Youngest female in the family, she started her career in Lukon, her family's home realm. She was strongly devoted to her realm, giving much of her time to civil work and policing in the wilder areas of Lukon. She decided to move to Melhed on the Beluaterra to aid her twin, Dyan, a few short months after starting her career. She was offered a position as local lord of Rola Sierrie just before she announced her leaving, and had to decline the offer. She has promised to return one day and once again serve the noble realm of Lukon. Fey has been named as Countess of the region of Bil Havil, and thus to the Senate of Melhed.

Dyan

Fey's fraternal twin brother. He is short, with long curly brown hair. He left home at a young age to be apprenticed as a scribe, but soon found more interest in using the information he was copying down, and decided to become a trader. He began a career in the realm of Kalmar Islands, on the EC. He found the extensive politics beyond him, and left shortly for the Beluaterra. There, he found a new home and the life he'd been looking for in the northerly realm of Melhed. He was welcomed warmly, and found a religion that deserved his faith, that of the Old Gods. He has become a Vanquisher for his faith, and spends nearly every waking moment hunting down the monsters to prove humans' worth to the eyes of the Old Gods. He has taken to wearing polished claws from monsters he personally vanquished as mementos to keep his will and courage strong.

Rowan

Fey and Rowan's elder brother He served Lukon as a military troopleader for a short time. En route to a battle, the already-wounded Rowan became fevered and spooked the horses travelling with their group. They stampeded and crushed the carts and injured several, maiming Rowan in the progress. He retired from active service and now serves the realm however he can from his home estate.

Sh'ki

Halfsister to the above, Sh'ki is currently serving as a Knight of Inxi in the Army of Aja, in ASI on Atamara. She is an exceedingly tall and strong woman, with a tanned complexion and sunspots across her face and arms. Her favoured weapon is an axe of any sort, and she can wield and throw them with deadly accuracy. She is very fond of her halfsister, Fey, though they have not seen each other in many years. Recently in ASI, Sh'ki entered the tournament held in Ser'quea. There she met Aethelmaer, warrior of the falcon. The two got on very well, becoming fast friends. Sh'ki hoped to one day become perhaps more than friends with the handsome and roguish warrior. Several weeks after the tournament, forces from ASI travelled through the enemy lands of Abington to aid the defense of the new Minas Ithil colony, Kybcyell. Their soldiers were slaughtered almost to a man. Sh'ki managed to avoid injury, but Aethelmaer was killed in the third day of fighting. Sh'ki now is accompanied by Aethelmaer's old falcon, Scar. The cunning peregrine became a source of strength for the warrioress, and a reminder of her fallen friend. Aethelmaer has since magically been returned to life through his cousin Guenevere. Sh'ki and the hero Aethelmaer now both keep company with the brave and cunning falcon, as Aethelamer allowed Sh'ki to retain the whistle, should she ever need the falcon's help.

Desiderius and Millicent

Desiderius and Millicent are the father and mother of Fey, Dyan, Rowan, and their siblings. Millicent gave birth to Sh'ki in a previous marriage, on Atamara. Her husband died and she met Desiderius on a ship sailing to the Colonies. Like-minded and strong-willed, the two fell in love over the voyage and decided to marry. The young female child with Millicent reminded Desiderius of the girl he had courted as a youth. He had foregone the rulings of his church in the passion of young love, and his love Kateren had become with child. Unable to stay with her, he left her with as much of his personal holdings as he could. He wondered if the baby had been born, and what had become of Kateren.

Valerian

Nothing is yet known of this man, he is the product of rumour. The Twix family is unsure if he even exists.
