Treaty Text
This treaty is to end the war between Astrum and Helyg Derwyddon and will include the division of lands belonging to Helyg Derwyddon at the start of the war and additional terms agreed upon to end the bloodshed.
Astrum recognizes the continued sovereignty of Helyg Derwyddon and will consider the signing of this treaty to resolve Helyg Derwyddon’s role in the Lurian wars against Astrum. Helyg Derwyddon in turn will recognize Astrum’s legitimacy of declaring this war in respect to the settlement of Helyg Derwyddon’s role in the Lurian wars against Astrum.
The realms of Morek and Westfold will also be included in this treaty due to their role in the division of the regions. Astrum has decreed that the majority of the regions ‘secured’ by the signing of this peace will be gifted to the realms of Westfold and Morek.
Helyg Derwyddon must transfer the regions of Caiyun and Huanghai to Westfold. Astrum will recognize Westfold’s claims and right of free governing over the regions.
Helyg Derwyddon must transfer the region of Cailyn to Morek. Astrum will recognize Morek’s claims and right of free governing over the regions.
Astrum will return the commoner Elrohir with his items to Helyg Derwyddon. When Elrohir returns to Helyg Derwyddon he will remain to be considered an enemy of Astrum due to his involvement in dark magic rituals targeted towards daimons, summoning hordes of monsters to fight Astrum’s armies.
Astrum will transfer the region of Zhongyuan to Morek after the signing of this treaty. Untill the time of the transfer the region of Zhongyuan will be considered claimless by any of the realms and should the region go rogue or otherwise fall out of control of Astrum, all realms may claim right to the region.
Both realms will raise relations to peace and no battle or Take Overs will be applied to any regions involved.
