Introduction
The Librarium was founded in the city of Alowca by Duke Pyran Bas-Tyra, as a way to collect the great minds of the city to work to improve life both in the city and in general, with studies in science, technology, and the arts.
The Librarium's goal is to work continually towards creating a better future in the Colonies. Members are actively expected to lead or maintain research groups and can expect to rise through the ranks solely on the merit of work contributed towards the Librarium.
