The Khthonian Chronicle is dedicated to bringing you the up to date military and political matters of the realm of Heroes. It was established by Khthon's Judge Henning Mandul of the Lost Realm, as a means to challenge the statements of Plergoth's newspaper, which seem to only mention the few defeats that Khthon suffered during the war and not it's many victories. But it is hoped that the Chronicle will find a lot of use in peace time as well as many hope that the war will soon end.
