King Estion of the House Tarcyn, son of Bradamar Tarcyn, Ruler of the Dragon Isles.

As the firstborn son of Bradamar, Estion was expected to be an example of the house. Young, proud and brave he found himself knighted at the age of 17. He would have to wait for another 3 years before he would become a landed man, the first in his family to be so receiving an estate in the Desert of Silhouettes called the Aelbourne Basin from where his family hailed, though unlike most people from the Desert, Estion, much like most of his family members do consider themselves regular sandborn, having intermarried often outside of it and therefore become more like the noble houses from greener lands than the rugged nomads native to the desert. After leaving the Desert he was for a while a knight in Port Nebel, and then eventually lorded, and set to govern the important port town of Port Raviel, after the death of Lord Rynn JeVondair. Allegedly the young Lord then tried to sign a marriage pact with either one of the late Lord Rynn's adoptive daughters, but was thwarted in the attempt. After some time as the Lord of Port Raviel, having spent thousands of gold on it, he ran for Prime Minister of D'Hara. Having no opposition he was elected, and soon after, with support from the nobles he played an integral part in reforming the realm, making him King of the Dragon Isles.

Appearance

Estion being a relatively handsome young man with light-brown hair and blue/green eyes (Heterochromia) finds himself unlike most sandborn who are darkhaired and brown eyed. He is also paler than most sandborn due to his family's disposition to marry outside of the desert (something that has lead the Tarcyns to be called milk-men by other sandborn in insult at times). Average height, mid-long hair and his usual courteous demeanour makes him a charming young knight who at times could win the heart of many a young maiden.

Accomplishments

Estion quickly became a very active man in D'Haran politics after having sworn fealty to the realm. Rising from a simple knight with a holding in the Aelbourne Basin to then taking on a more promising holding in Port Nebel where gold coins was less rare to come by. This was on encouragement from others, as there was little point of knights in a region that barely made gold, and would rather have men in other regions. After being in Port Nebel for quite a while, the young knight managed to push through the renaming of some governmental titles to symbolize a future of change. Though being a very vocal man, often found butting heads with other nobles, he managed to be voted the Margrave of Port Raviel, one of the most important regions in D'Hara. He eventually had to give it up when he was elected Prime Minister of D'Hara, and shortly after reformed the realm making him King Estion of the Dragon Isles.
