A rare battle between near-equal forces ended in defeat today as a Falasan/Minas Ithil Army invaded the recently freed region of Picnu. 16470 CS of Rabbits/MI went against 15315 CS of Tara/Darka troops in a brutal battle. Despite the valiant defense of our soldiers and allies, we were overrun in a protracted battle.

Originating from mountainous Jauchu, ASI had both terrain and Infiltrators to contend with during their long, long slog. As such, only half of their force arrived and thus decimated by Tara who outnumbered and outclassed them 2-1.

Tara and her allies have made moderate gains in our prosecution of this war. News has arrived that the region of Tichi has just been freed by our troops. This comes to three regions the Ash Sea Islands lost in as many weeks of steady attrition. We expect more victories in the days to come as our allies return from refit.

These evil creatures are of such size and strength that normal militia units are incapable of stopping them. Thus, it is with reluctance that each realm must dispatch a task force for disposal.

Upsurge of Monsters Delay Advance!
