What's more amusing? That a peasant killed your king, or that you were ruled by a peasant? If a realm can have a royal peasant... one who proved nobility through duel, after all, that says much about the realm. -Chénier 06:58, 30 August 2008 (CEST)

And a peasant forcing a cripple to a duel is noble? Ceorl 12:23, 31 August 2008 (CEST)

You don't seem to realize how completely unfeudal that claim is. By claiming that JO, a councillor in the realm since shortly after he joined, and then ruler... by claiming that such a person is a peasant, you are essentially claiming your whole nobility is inferior to peasants. This is particularly true considering he succeeded in defending his noble heritage, through judicial duel. That he was a cripple had nothing to do in the equation (other than Felmoure was perhaps too weak to bear the right to rule), as by feudal society, he could have picked a champion to defend his claims. Also, claiming without justification that a High Noble family is made up of peasants also goes along the same lines. What goes to say you aren't filthy peasants? After all, you men represent the peasants they live with, sounds like they come from thee same batch as them, wouldn't you think? Anyways, I don't care much, this all really doesn't affect me, I'm just pointing out how your claims totally break with how things were done. -Chénier 16:53, 31 August 2008 (CEST)
