I've just sent the empty 'scout reports' link towards the 'Introduction/Scouts' page - is that okay? I mean in the sense that it's linking to something outside the actual manual...just something i haven't seen done anywhere else --Roy 15 August 2005 18:36 (CEST)

They did for a while. Anyone could hire them, and have the same formation setting options that Marshals have now. Giving the abilities to Marshals works much, much better :-) -- Anaris 21:09, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
