You need to keep in mind that anything bearing the name/absolute resmblence to Avamar will forever be an enemy to Sirion. If AS did not exist, Sirion would not be on the Islands--this is a fact that even the KI can agree to. So don't play it out like this was Sirion's doing...we didn't arrange for this Avamar thing to spring up...but it has, and we all have to deal with that in our own way, don't we? A realm that was offered a relocation...chose death to the bitter end, and swore to weaken Sirion always as her first priority so that others may take advantage of our depleted resources. A bold statement that the original Avamarians lived up to, they fought to the last man, and indeed cost Sirion thousands in gold...and here we are, doing it all over again, and will forever more, as often as it takes. We are just as comitted to thwarting the curse of your ancestors/founders, as your nation is in realizing it. Doc
