OOC: I take it Facts aren't a requirement for the ASChronicle? ie: no fact checking required, just assumptions? (Abby is ensuring no mistakes on the battlefield, should ASI decide to enter lands that it shouldn't be doing. Abington is not attacking ASI, it's just ensuring that if that's what ASI has in mind, there'll be none of this "stand around for days, face to face, via being Neutral crap)...
