Please note that the skulls on the thrones /were/ all acquired via legitimate IC means. Pelinal Himoura's skull was provided by Senoske Himoura, and Viracocha was slain by Hactor Hallisun of Arcachon The Island Chronicle/2010/July/ticker who then presented the body to Jenred as part of the complicated peace deal that ended the war (which included a sizable gift of gold to the new Lord Hactor as a reward for slaying the Butcher).
