The laws of Taith Aenil

as writen by Haruspex Maximus Yemmster on the 30th day after the rise of The Arcangela and reviewed by Haruspex Maximus Orphen on the 227th day after the rise of The Arcangela. Violation of the law will on first offence be punished by a fine which the sanctum will decide, followed on the second offence by excomunication from the realm, the church and the paradise that awaits you. Should other punisments be specifyed in the law these are prior to those announced earlier.

§1 Should a member of the realm be found guilty of treason, said person will be punished with immediate excommunication.

§2 All religions whose beliefs are considered false or heretical are forbidden to practise their belief in public areas.

§3 Every Troopleader are to, after his or her own ability, to follow the orders of his or her superior.

§4 If a Troopleader should, without direct order from a superior, engage in looting a region, whether we are going to take it over or not, the individual is according to law a war criminal and should be punished with the full strength of the law.

§5 Should a person withdraw from the rest of the realm and not reply to orders, requests or other terms of address. Yet follow the orders and requests. That person should be considered as a burden to the realm, and be put on trial before the Inner Sanctum.

§6 Breaking the chain of command is considered to be equal to disobeying a direct order.

§7 While questioning the actions of fellow nobles and superiors is the duty of any noble; consistent, deliberate and direct obscenities, whether in private or public, are forbidden and unbefitting for any man and should be reported to the Inner Sanctum. Anyone found guilty of this shall be put on trial before said council. Any insult regarding The Arcangela in a clearly negative light shall be considered particularly heinous and the perpetrator shall be punished by the full strength of the law. Respect must also be shown to the memory of those that have served the realm in position, wherever they may be now.

OOC:

§9 Since this is am Island on which roleplay is compulsory. Anyone who does not roleplay will by any means get removed from this island, alive or not. If anyone does not follow after repeated reminding, they shall be reported to the GMs. Remember also that we are players of Battlemaster first, characters second. Do not hate someone OOC because of RP, and do not bring OOC matters into RP.

If any troop leader has any ideas, questions or appeals against these rules they are welcome to mail the Inner Sanctum or the Haruspex Maximus directly.
