Storms Keep is a dark citadel located north of the Saxon Stormlands, currently under the rule of Duchess Haruka. It consists of a large dominating Keep pressed against the back of the settlement, with a sheer drop into the stormy ocean behind it and a palatial palace at its foot, surrounded by an inner wall. Past the inner wall is the main urban residence, which is also surrounded by a much larger outer wall.
