Springdale is the largest city within The Empire, and is the historical capital. The city is no longer the realm's center of government, but the cultural heritage of the realm lies firmly within the sprawling city. The city boasts the largest library within The Empire, and is the bedrock for all scholarly pursuits within the realm. Along the central corridor of the city a sprawling market sells everything from The Empire and beyond. As the primary port to the world, the large docks of the city boast massive merchant fleets that sail the vast oceans to distant lands. Goods are brought to the port from the far away continents.
