South Bakker can be found in the duchy of Dark Citadel which is a part of the realm of the Assassins. A forested region that is frequently the scene of battle between Wetham and the Assassins it has changed hands a few times.
Several thousand people call South Bakkers home and are generally hard working and very skilled in woodworking and iron work and in times of conflict the men of the Bakker Mixed Infantry are quiet capable of holding their own in battle.
