South Bakker can be found in the duchy of Dark Citadel which is a part of the realm of the Assassins. A forested region that is frequently the scene of battle between Wetham and the Assassins it has changed hands a few times. With the recent military success of the Assassins, the region has seen a period of peace. It is hoped that peace will last.
