Prisoner Agreement agreed to by all Judges on the East Continent
Any noble captured in battle cannot be held for more then 3 days and released with all there gold.
No torture for regular nobles!
Any realm council member who is captured is to be released as soon as possible.
INFILTRATORS WILL BE DEALT WITH IN WHATEVER MANNER THE JUDGE SEES FIT.
