b. Act as a mediator in matters where Sirion included as part of or interested one;
 
 
 
c. Maintaining good relations with friendly nations;

The Old Constitution

Laws of Sirion

1) Religion - The Realm Council will decide the legitimacy of religions in the Republic. Dukes can decide which religions to allow within their duchies as long as the religions are not banned by the council. Lords can only choose from the religions allowed by both the council and their dukes.

2) Military - Declaration of war must be agreed by two third of the votes casted by the members of the Realm Council. The votes must be casted within 2 days. Any votes not casted will be excluded.

3) Food - Buying/Selling Price is to be decided by the Banker. But the Banker should discuss it with Lords of Sirion before making the final decision. Every lord with a knight should appoint a steward - members of the SSH are preferable for the position as they will stay within the realm.

4) Punishment - Punishments are carried out by the Judge of Sirion.

Judge
