Shipwreck

Scene 1

Philip suddenly woke up, as thr boat crashed down off the crest of the wave, into the boiling sea. His head knocked the floor, again, and a tiny puddle of blood started to form. Philip was just able to think of a prayer to the Tidemother for help before darkness consumed him completely.

Scene 2

The next time Sir Philip opened his eyes, he was laying a bed. A stationary bed, thank the Tidemother. Everything hurt, still, but not quite as much as before.

A woman rushed over to him, having seen his eyes open, and told him to hush, to drink. She lifted his head and helped him drink. She said many things afterwards, of which Philip could only remember that he had been found washed ashore (again) and brought here to be cared for.

The exhaustion finally got to Sir Philip, and his eyes closed, and this time he was able to mutter a word of thanks to the Tidemother for once again saving his life.
