Why will no one tell me why the Dominion has declared war on Enweil for? What evils have Riombara tainted your minds with? Did they offer you food, help against the rogues, gold, land? Lands they obviously don't intend to let you have, as they know you can't support them anyways. Food? They barely satisfy their needs, and once the population of Rines, Athol Margos, and Irombro go back to old levels they will be back in a deficit. Help against the rogues? They've never done it so far, why would they later? They have clearly shown again and again their desire to dominate the south-east. And finally, was it gold? I see your units, and there are a bunch of very small units and some very large ones. Much like your infrastructure, it is focused into the hands of a few. If they did bribe you, know that this gold will be like the rest of it, it shall stay kept within a few small number of nobles, the majority of you wouldn't benefit from it. The riombarans are skilled liars. Look at the Lefanis family, for example, Mordred being a one which has now become prominent in their realm. What this family does always follows the same pattern: They come to a realm, they talk around, they befriend people, they give them illusions of grandeur, promises of great projects. It always works, people fall in for his lies. After some time, he's got enough power, he sets his plans in motions. However, he only gives them illusions of success, and sometimes his projects work for a little while... but comes a time, after having gotten all he has from stealing it from others, his plans start to backfire, and others are angry with what he did or are tired of his attempts of manipulation. Sometimes, it's their own incompetence which make the plans fail. Needless to say, that's when the Lefanis gather up all the resources to themselves, making others dependant on them. He sacrifices his allies to stay on top (such as Valhus), or falls with them. Since they have lost everything, the Lefanis can then give them false hopes with another wild plan, and having nothing left these people accept. For years, this can continue, granting the Lefanis great control over his supporters while never giving anything back, or it being for a really short period if he does (and it being mostly an illusion as he makes them do his bidding anyways). They are parasites, scavengers, and if you look at the realms he gained power in most of them were killed not long afterwards, the rest did not get what they were promised. Riombara only wants supremacy, it does not want any good for the Dominion, it only wants you as a tool. Remember those who broke off the found the Holy Empire of Alluran? Well now you find these high members of Alluran in Riombara! Those traitors who fought against you and tried to use the state religion to make themselves emperors are now Riombarans. Riombara is the home of your enemies, not your friends.

Sons of Enweil, interesting methods you use, I see. Preaching anti-Riombaran propaganda with your snake-like lips and slaughtering the peasants in the same time with your swords seems to be what you do best. And you wonder why Dominion of Alluran and half of this continent dislikes you? Many fathers have buried their sons where you passed, and retribution, so pure and just, is on your trace. As for your Viscount Marshal Nicolas, who is so blessed in his ignorance, it is sufficient to say that his observation of Alluranian priests in our lands is wrong. They have been given shelter after their realm fell, but they have long ago left north for Heen. And I will point out that one of their priests was banned at the first sign of his hostile intentions towards the Dominion--when he tried to religiously usurp one of their regions--and that speaks of Riombaran deepest trust and friendship towards the Dominion a lot more than Viscount Marshal Nicolas' empty and misleading words. Chenier, you are a conjurer of cheap tricks. They may work on your subjects and vassals but I assure you that they won't work here in these holy lands of the South. Instead of exploring your own imagination, I advise that you pray to any gods you may believe in for the fearsome battle that is to come, as your letters only expose your weaknesses and reveal to us how insecure, vulnerable and depressed Enweil really feels. It is interesting to see Riombara fight along side someone for once. Normally youtrick others to go to war on your behalf, whilst you sit at home. I will fight Riombara with all my heart. I will fight Dominion of Alluran because I have to - with heavy heart. I expect my men to come off worse, but with we fight with heart. Because Riombara must be shown that we will defend our nation, our realm. We defend, we do not trick, we do not attack our neighbours, we defend Enweil. We have fought many battles together with many realms, and I am pretty sure that you and the rest of the nobles from Enweil will remember the days when old Kingdom of Alluran still existed and when both their nobles and Riombarans stood together to repel the tide of belligerent Enweilian, Avalonian and Irombrozian hordes, who were killing, raping and destroying everything on their way. That is just one proof that Riombara did indeed fought on the same side with other realms. And behold, Enweilians, your imperialist endeavor is thwarted. Your march against the free choice of alliance is defeated: go home, and do not return. You say that you have been forced to launch this bitter and cruel invasion against the Dominion: I call it a lie, you have not been forced, you have made a targeted decision, one in keeping with your usual behavior. You chose to arbitrarily assault the Republic of Fwuvoghopr to sate your imperialist madness. You took back Fwuvoghor: but you are not satisfied. At the first excuse you struck as deeply into the Dominion as you could: is it a coincidence that an assault on the Kingdom of Alluran was the second-place option in your referendum? I do not think so. What realm abandoned Irombrozia? Enweil. What realm destroyed the Republic of Fwuvoghor? Enweil. What realm backed the aggressions of Luz de Bia? Enweil. Nicolas, in his lies and machinations, says that the Dominion has no reason to be an ally of Riombara: not gold, not land, not material gain. I say: that may be so. Perhaps the Dominion will not make those gains, I do not know. But surely those are petty reasons for an alliance. Indeed, the basic corruption at the heart of Enweil is revealed in that list of reasons: those are the only reasons for alliance Enweil can understand. But a pact of friendship, a bond which goes beyond mere strategy: that Enweil will never understand. They did not understand the sixty thousand Irombrozians dying for their strategy, they did not understand the thousands dead in Fwuvoghor, they did not understand the alliance of Fronen and Thalmarkin and Riombara that drove back Luz de Bia... they do not understand the alliance of the Dominion and Riomnbara, because they do not understand the basic civility of noble to noble. We are talking about Enweil here, the realm that tried to force all of its neighbors to adopt its same political system, that tried to usurp all authority around the continent unto itself. The description Nicolas gives of the Lefanis family may be true, I cannot say: I only know that all the vile things he said of Mordred are twice as true for his own kin: except one thing. Firstly, I must say you are extremely hypocritical for denouncing our actions here. We have been declared war upon, do you expect us to simply wait for an attack?

Looting: Despite your great talk of self-righteousness about how looting is bad, you have done it yourself. You've killed farmers are stole their gold last time you attacked us, you are guilty of the exact same thing you accuse us of.

Colony: Eylmon was rogue at the time, and notice it didn't win. Truly, you are criticizing us for being democratic and making the decision as a realm instead of having it all secretly decided in a tightly-knit council.

Fwuvoghor: Mordred is an usurper. Furthermore, he used daimons to gain regions on Avalon, which he tried to kill. Only our interference saved Avalon. If you want to accuse anyone of dealing with the daimons, look at your own back yard. You'll notice that I was pulled into the Netherworld after the world refused to help me kill the daimons there. I then left. Your son, Hireshmont, is the one who stayed and proclaimed himself a god, something I would never recognize.

Daimons: We did not only fight them in Ardmore. When we grew tired of it, it was because you had taunted another group of daimons which was mobile and you had not warned us of their coming, the result was the massacre of our forces and the capture of many important people. We also sent wave after wave after wave against the daimons attacking Plergoth, them too continuously taunting the daimons for more. Really, we were getting tired of realms taunting the daimons and then whining about being targeted by them.

War: "Go home, and never return"? Are you kidding? That's what we want, peace. But if you won't accept it, yes, we'll come back. You are asking us to go hide in our cities as you kill our subjects? You truly lack honour. Hireshmont... you make me think exactly of your son, the former "God of Netherworld", I can see where he got it from. Takes twisted logic to say that we wanted the Dominion to declare war on us so that we could come and attack her? We were satisfied with claiming back what was rightfully ours and ridding the continent of the worst kind of filth that could crawl on this land. Riombara was the one who declared war, Riombara was the one who always refused peace, Riombara was the one who always brought more realms into the conflict. We are not the aggressors, here, no matter your vile lies. Riombara, Hetland, Mesh, Heen, Sint, Dominion of Alluran... All of you declared war on us.

Truly, Hireshmont, do you not respect the royal line of Fwuvoghor anymore? Back when your son was sane, he was to be the ruler of Fwuvoghor, but this was stopped by the usurper Mordred. Now you have befriended the one who broke the monarchy? The only single war we declared was to rid the world of this manipulating daimon-befriending usurper.

Do you already forget, Hireshmont, who made your realm starve? It was Riombara and the Kingdom of Alluran. We sent you food, we sent you aid. What did you expect us to do, when all of the western realms marched against us united? We constantly tried to nogotiate with the Kingdom of Alluran to have them help your survival despite an uneasy past. But don't hide it, Hireshmont, you wanted to be annexed from the start. Many honourable nobles were in Irombrozia, but you, along with some others, didn't want Irombrozia to fight, you wanted to be back with your Qyrvagg big brothers to declare holy war. Do not play us for fools, we aren't idiots, we know perfectly well what you and your friends were trying. And succeeded in doing. You are just a religious fanatic who wants to crush all non-qyrvaggs.

And to correct your statement, the only death the Lefanises caused were of their own realms, never others.

What I know of looting is this: Enweil, Avalon, and Luz de Bia murdered 30,000 Irombrozians in the streets of Irombro. Riombara did not. When Irombrozia was an ally of Enweil, we specifically relied on the brutality of Enweil and Avalon (especially Avalon, who I confess, as a political entity, I loathe more than Enweil), the reliable ravages your forces wreaked on whatever lands were before them. I remember the planning of the scouring of Riombara; I remember the coldness with which the death of thousands was schemed up. Do not speak of humanity: one must be human to understand it, and that I deny to you, Nicolas.

Oh, I know enough of my son to know that he is no more my son. I cringe to think that he was once offered the throne of Irombrozia, and the darkness he would have brought into that City of the Phoenix. It is convenient that you have such ill-will towards Valachi: that surely makes you innocent, doesn't it? Yet if that is so, why did you so vigorously promote the Cultist colony of Athol Margos, and aid and abet the strategies involved for its foundation? Perhaps because you are offering up a feast of lies. But you will find that the South is not hungry: we have tasted truth in the bonds of our alliance, and will tighten the noose of justice until Enweil's grip is broken.

Perhaps Mordred is a usurper. You have no right to judge that, Nicolas. You noted a solid fact: that, in truth, I and my son Hireshmont II are the last remnants of the monarchy of Fwuvoghor. Valachi is less human than you, and cannot make any claim. If there is a royal line left to Fwuvoghor, it rests in the veins of the Senator of Chesney. Yet he does not claim it, nor do I claim it: he is a champion of a Republic, and I as well serve a Republic. The monarchy is dead. The dream of Irombrozia was never spread to Fwuvoghor, the dream that Retravic and I shared of twin monarchies could not be fulfilled due to the corruption and civil strife of Fwuvoghor, which you and your blood were part and parcel of. Indeed, your kin I count in large part responsible for the corruption of the monarchy: and for that I will have my revenge, in the name of the Royal Line of Fwuvoghor and Irombrozia.

Riombara was not taunting the daimons. But I can understand how it would look like that to one who was fornicating with them.

Oh, I remember what made Irombrozia starve. It was an unwillingness to accept peace when we had the chance: when we held Rueffilo, when we held Rii, we could have had peace. But someone pressured us into fighting. A conspiracy of deception forced us into continuing the war, and we can count ourselves blessed that a Plague took off the foul souls of those nobles (OOC- Twinblade family and multis accounted for almost entire pro-Enweil faction). The true Irombrozians wished peace with honor: it was only a corrupt circle of degenerates who compelled us into a war that eventually led to starvation, civil strife, and our final surrender: a war we were pressured into by the imperial lusts of Enweil, its constant desire for power over its neighbors.

But today there is a new power: the power of the United South. And Enweil rightly trembles at it. The blood of Elloranaal is only a foretaste of glories to come. We shall see the glory of Enweil, indeed we shall see the flags that fly on Fengen's walls, and we shall see them fall: I pray we see the same of your head.
