The Patriarch of the Perth Family, Quincy Perth was born to commoners in Nazamroth, by the time he was in his 30's he had made a good name for himself in the region and had become a fairly wealthy merchant and landowner. By his 40's, and by the time his two boys, Kerwin and Kale, had come of age, he had made enough to be able to send them out from home and start supporting their ambitious dreams.
