With assent from the full Government Body, our Protector asks that the Constitution is amended to allow for the creation of a Military Council. The Military Council can include any nobles who wish to witness or partake in military discussions, while preventing excess messages in the army.

The noble arms agreement

Any act committed by a soldier of Perleone against another soldier of Perleone shall result in a fine for the noble whom the attacking soldier serves. The level of fine will depend on the severity of the action.

Brawl between soldiers: no fine, just a requirement for both nobles to discipline their soldiers.

Arresting another noble's soldier while the soldier is carrying out orders: a fine of 50 gold, with an additional 10 gold for each additional soldier arrested.

Killing another noble's soldier while the soldier is carrying out orders: a fine of 100 gold, with an additional 25 gold for each additional soldier killed.

Actively leading an attack with one's whole force upon a portion or the entirety of another noble's force: A fine of 500 gold, with an additional fine of 25 gold for any additional soldier killed.

The noble who leads the offended soldiers can choose not to press charges - in such case, the Prime Minister reserves the right to decide if the action is harmful to the realm and deserving of punishment anyway.
