An Inn along the coast of Perdan Mines. Its run and owned by a pleasant old sailor named Sid, who only has one leg, one hand and one eye. He has mead straight from Norland, as well as the famous 'Vulture Spleen Vodka' and an evenings worth of stories from his time on the sea as captain of the ship "The Foul Wind".
The Amputated Albatross was also the location of a duel between Magnus Solarn and Mikolas Din in ~1006.
