It is the third most northern region in the Elven Republic of Sirion, located far from the war torn regions to the southwest. The rough fishermen who live along the north coast have a reputation for excessive drinking that sometimes leads to fist fights, which is the only entertainment to be found for most.

The lord maintains a manor in the Saltrock Cove that despite its humble stature is by far the largest structure in the region. Osslamar is also home to the Osslamar Marines training grounds, which boasts some of the toughest Special Forces operators in the entire continent.

Unfortunately, there are not many opportunities for new residents. The few who come to live here, soon move on elsewhere. The ones that stay do so because of the quiet and serene land, which has not seen conflict for as long as anyone can remember.
