The Osha family originally hail from the sunny and fertile lands of Koolaris, part of the democracy of Giblot in the Colonies. There was a time when the family were simply a high ranking merchant family in the region, though that all quickly changed when the Osha's began actively collaborating with the new government led by Prime Minister Thanatos Reaver. As a reward for helping suppress the rebel movement and bringing a swifter downfall to the old order, Thanatos rewarded the Osha family with ennoblement in those dying days of the 'Old Republic.'
The Osha's were ecstatic at their rise, and quickly they used their new rank and status to gain the stranglehold they'd always dreamed of over the economy of northern Giblot. However, all turned sour when the mother and father were murdered by political dissidents. It was at this point that the first brothers Osha decided they would go onto bigger things, and make their House truly strong and proud.
