From what I can tell Omsk controlled the northern peninsula which consists of the regions of Gadlock, Kazakh and Kazan. Not a good as the New Omsk, but still dead.
From what I can tell Omsk controlled the northern peninsula which consists of the regions of Gadlock, Kazakh and Kazan. They were allies with Oligarch and were destroyed by the combined armies of Rancagua and Sirion.
