Kalmar Islanders and Avamarians, a list of crimes

The story of Avamar is long, and a little background information is necessary. If you want all of the information, there are history books in the library. Most of the books on Avamarian history are written by Avamarians (specifically Lalakis), so take it with a grain of salt. The short version is Avamar rebelled against Sirion, Sirion and Fontan destroyed Avamar, Avamarians fled to various other realms. Avamarians (specifically the Rogala family) have a history of inciting rebellions among the various realms, and anyone who does not follow the Avamarian way is consider to be a "war-mongering nation bent on destruction and chaos" and the nobles of said nation are "without culture or history, and engage in warfare for the sake of killing innocents." The Avamarians try to explain how they wish to live in peace, and they victimize themselves in order to manipulate others. They requested names of the criminals in question on the islands. It so happens that I, Rats, am writing up this document with a list of formal charges against them, but it is not for their benefit that I write this list. Instead, it is so that the new nobles of Old Rancagua, and the nobles of the continent, will know why we are at war with Kalmar Islands and Avamar Selective.

In the beginning days of the colony between Perdan and Old Rancagua, several left their homes to build new homes. I was among them. We invited all to join the new colonies, in hopes of establishing a peaceful realm with nobles of different backgrounds. We built our homes and helped the people new colonists build their homes. Every noble was working with the peasants in order to establish the new realm. Then a few nobles led by the infamous El Cid rebelled while the rest of us were trying to build new homes. They captured the capital in the night, and then banned every noble who wasn't part of their coup. Their armies went to every noble house and burnt it to the ground, forcing the colonists to leave the islands. Messengers were sent out, and soon the islands were filled with Avamarians (among others) as they established their homes on the ashes of the original colonists. This was not the first time that the Avamarians incited a rebellion. In Old Rancagua, shortly before they usurped the islands, there were a few who rebelled in the hopes of using Old Rancagua as the new home to Avamar, and to weaken Old Rancagua. Since the Avamarians took the island, two more rebellions were started in Old Rancagua, and all three rebellions have been tied to the leader of the Avamarians, Lalakis Rogala. Yes, Avamarians have a rich history, but it is not peaceful. Any Avamarian who lives on the islands are responsible for these crimes and others, as indicated by their actions. I will list each person in alphabetical order with a list of their crimes.

Crimes

Avamarian - All Avamarians are guilty of supporting rebellions in soveriegn nations, including Kalmar Islands, Old Rancagua, and Sirion. While the rebellion in Kalmar Islands may not have been vocally supported by Avamarians, their move to Kalmar Islands was an indication that they supported the actions of El Cid, and accepted Kalmar Islands as the "New Avamar." The rebellions in Old Rancagua were orchestrated by Lalakis Rogala, and those who support Lalakis will be considered guilty for conspiring with a criminal and conspiring to incite rebellions in soveriegn nations.

Islander - All islanders (listed under 'The Guilty and the Innocent') are guilty of conspiring with criminals.

Rebel Kalmarian - Those who were around when El Cid incited the rebellion in Kalmar Islands.

Other crimes will be listed by individual.

The Guilty and Innocent

For those ex-Avamarians who have given up their title and do not live in the realms Kalmar Island and Avamar Selective, this document does not apply. Let it also be known that this document does not apply to strictly the Avamarians, but all who reside on Kalmar Islands and Avamar Selective. To those that have not been within the realm for thirty days, they are considered innocent (but only if they are new characters, this does not apply for old characters who have known the events and willingly joined the realm). If they remain in the realm after the thirty days, they are considered guilty of conspiring with traitors and criminals. Those who leave both realms and the islands by November 20th will also be pardoned of their crimes.
