Every Noble of the Kingdom of Obsidian Islands has a right to claim any region on the East Continent, at anytime, for any reason. This is the place to make your claim legal in the eyes of the King, Council, and entire realm. - Note that claims are removed when the noble who placed the claim either disappears for a long period of time, or moves to a different continent. -
