'''Roleplay from Jonordebrir Vaaryar '''

Jonordebrir stood along the roadside. Leaning at on his staff. He was wearing a straw hat with wide brim, and a simple light brown tunic with darker pants and with a black belt with silver buckle. He looked older than he was thanks to his white hair and the long, white beard and his weather-bitten face. His yellow eye glowed in the shades beneath the hat while his blue eye focused on the three people that were moving east, into Maeotis. On a brown horse an old man rode, and on man's left side a beautiful young woman walks. On the right side, a big, tall, fat and ugly man walked wearing the raven on his tunic. Jonordebrir would recognize that man everywhere - The man who was afraid of his own shadow. Zeromus 'the unlucky' Abaron himself.

Lasair, Sorsha’s Ocelot stopped in his steps and looked over with a deep growl in his throat. Sorsha frowned and looked in the same direction. When she did she noticed a new man, which made her look twice and she stopped.

Perhaps this was the man Zeromus had told her would join them, the one who walked with wolves he had told him. To which made her think of two people within her home realm. Sir Kratos Wolfe, who kept a wolf as a companion and Sir Lycan who was named after them, how interesting...

Sorsha’s ever present black skin tight leathers made a soft sound as she fully turned to look at him. She watched him quietly, her blue violet eyes looking impassively into his yellow and blue eyed stare and waited for Zeromus to introduce them.

At this time, Zeromus and his party had reached the man with the staff.

"Greetings, sir Jonordebrir. I am glad that you will accompany me and my friends to D'Hara." greeted Zeromus the white-haried man, the ex-Viscount of Kydonia.

As Zeromus greeted Sir Jonordebrir, Sorsha looked back to the horizon and noticed a runner headed their way. The young boy was out of breath, his face scarlet and eyes fearful. She wondered what the urgency was about. He approached her and handed her a letter. “Lady Sorsha,” he bowed and she took the letter in his hands, examining it she noticed on it the royal seal, the Stormrage symbol.

Walking a short distance away she opened it and read it quickly. As she did her eyes widened slightly and she looked up to the two men who were catching up. “It is a joyous day,” she breathed with relief but no other emotion touched her face. “The Queen has given birth, to twins, a daughter and a son, the King’s heir. There will be a showing this day, but I will be unable to attend. The King has scheduled a tournament to celebrate their birth, which we should be able to attend once we arrive.”

He focused his healthy eye on Zeromus.

"Aye, you should indeed be glad. Have you found your cause to fear yet? I bet you don't, since you are afraid of searching it." said Jonordebrir with a rasping voice of someone who hasn't spoke on a long time.

He nodded towards Zeromus scribe and sister.

"Those two have I seen before. That one" Jonordebrir pointed towards old man on the with the shaft of his staff. "Is your old grumpy geezer to scribe. And that beautiful lady there is your sister. How a beauty like this can be your sister I don't understand." He focused his eye back to Zeromus.

"The lady that was here before, the one

"Zeromus, you are the more aristocratic of us, yet you don't have manners to introduce a lady! And more importantly, the manners introduce me to a fine and beautiful lady like this!" He turned to the lady of D'Hara.

"All Zeromus has told me is that you come from D'Hara. My name is Jonordebrir Vaaryar, and that is all you need to know, since that is probably the most interesting I have to share. The northest point I have been in my life is Paisly, and I look forward to see the Tomb Islands. It is said that The Great Hero came from there. I guess that the birth of the twins is a good sign, since children are our future. But tournaments... Swords are a pathetic weapon. A good staff can overwhelm the opponent, and crush some bones instead of killing. Therefore I dislike tournaments, since they only allow Swordplay and jousting. And for me, horses is food. And my mother told me not to play with the food. I don't want to hurt anyone, but it is cold. Let's get moving." He stretched on his back and begun to walk down the road.

"I know a short cut! This way my ladies and gentlemen." He said and added mumbled: "I think..."

At his introduction, Sorsha gave a short nod and then listened to all he had to say. “I am Sorsha McDowell,” she introduced herself quickly not adding anything else. She never usually shared any of her background with anyone. If they paid attention, they would soon find out who she was.

“Yes swords are not my preference either,” she said flatly. “Of course I have been trained in all weapons it matters not what you wield it is that you know its use.”

“And who is this great hero?” she asked curiously following after him as he led them away.

Zeromus groaned out loud when he heard lady Sorsha ask Jonordebrir about the great hero. A story that Zeromus had heard a couple of times. After the fifth time he could recite the whole story. And after the seventh time he could recite it backwards. It was going to be a long journey.

Without noticing the upset groan from Zeromus, Jonordebrir begun to tell the story.

"The legend about The Great Hero, a man without name. Saviour of the West. Not much is known about him. There is many claims on who he was. Some said that it was the Eastern Demon Lord himself who just took a human shape. But that is ridiculous. The Eastern Demon Lord were killed century's before The Great Hero's birth. Some claims that he is a seaman from south, Madina.

But I have puzzled with this legend for a while, and I believe that he is from Tomb Islands, since I found a document in the abandoned library in the city of... Oh, I guess I bore you with those details. He came from a island, that's for sure. The story begins with that The Great Hero, which I will simply call 'Hero' from now on, since I have not spoke like this and long on weeks. I hope you don't mind. This is before Port Nebel were grounded, on that island (the bigger of the tombs isles) two monster tribes fought each other. So therefore must he come from Raviel!

(This was before any big city except the fortresses of the Nights were built. The story is still pretty unclear, but I hope to find some documents in D'Hara who can help me) Hero came by boat to the western part of Dwilight. To stop The Demon Commander from his wicked domination (Who resided in Walfurgisnacht). They gathered the people of the west side of Dwilight.

Although the members of The Silver Temple refused to help, they had a powerful force. And with the sword of the long-dead Eastern Demon Lord (No one knows so far I know how he got this sword, and that's why some elders and scholars believe he was the Eastern Demon Lord, pure nonsense, now back again to the story)

And under the banner of a lost realm, which name I can't pronounce. The Hero and his forces achived victory. When the Western Demon Lord fell prey for The Heros sword (which was the Eastern Demon lords Sword) on the mountain that were between Walfurgisnacht and Nightmarsh, the life from the areas around became lifeless, the brave western soldiers (except 2000-3500) Fell lifeless to the ground. All life were channelling to the mountain, where the Demon Lord, with his last powers tried to destroy The Heros homelands... I must take a break here. I don't fell so well. We have plenty of time to talk later" Jonordebrir said.

"Hm?" Zeromus said when his friend became quiet.

"You don't feel well? How so?" He said and turned to Jonordebrir. Zeromus eyes glared wild on his face, and there was something really wrong with his face.

It was quite a tale and an interesting one, considering he spoke of places she had been countless times. At his words of needing a break she simply nodded. It had been a long day of traveling. “Yes we do have a lot of time before we arrive home,” she stated quietly, deep down she wished she was already there.

"Young man, you are imagining things. Everyone with a real heart weep sometimes. But with my blue eye malfunctioning, It crys blood instead of tears."

"Now, we need to move. I want to be in D'Hara soon as possible. I need to find facts for The Great Hero."

“In Port Nebel,” she said quietly, “is one if not the largest library I have ever seen. In Port Raviel there is also an extensive library with a lot of forbidden knowledge, Master Ugyel who is Duchess Kisharianda’s mentor is very wise and old, he may be able to assist you with what you are looking for.”

As the messenger rode away Zeromus opened the letter:

Guards in Maeotis have arrested Dante Redgrave, apparently an infiltrator from Ordenstaat, while he tried breaking into the tax offices.

"Hm... Breaking into his own tax offices? Why did he not use the key?" He said to himself. And told his company about the news.

Sorsha frowned at the news. “Troubling times indeed,” she murmured. “You will notice a lot of strange behavior in the days to come.”
