The townsland of Mansbridge is a war torn region, and its beautiful landscape has been terribly marred from years of conflict. To the North stretches a vast forest, bordering Shiverwood. Here, for the first time in years squirrels may be found. After a relentless hunt, the creatures known as "yeti" have been hunted down and slain, and found merely to be unusually hairy Nords. Lumber, fish and merchants are the staples of Mansbridge's income. Mansbridge being the only bridge to the Langorwine river to the south, it is a vital trade route and a location of great strategic importance, hence the heavy fortifications surrounding the impressive town.
