A son to Targon Valerian Lux, Tugomir Bribir grew up in Minas Ithil on Atamara. He had a harsh childhood; due to constant wars Ithilians found themselves in, Targon was rarely at his estate in Shanandoah, so Tugomir spent most of his time with teachers and advisors of the Luxes. Soon enough he grew up into a well educated noble, especially in military issues; besides the boy seemed an excellent archer as swell. Along with a short period of peace, Tugomir was fast becoming a knight, but twists of fate soon brought war to Ithilian borders again. After the fall of Shanandoah, Targon was heavily wounded and left in a state of comma. Within those years while his father dwindled on treshold of death, Tugomir had become of age. Disappointed as he was, he yearned for a chance to prove his worth on the battlefield and avenge his father, but there was no one to fight as Ithilians hardly kept their realm alive being forced to peace terms. Patience was not one of Tugomir's virtues however, thirst for glory beackoned him, and soon he set sail to Dwilight, in search of unconquered wilderness. Behold, the Golden Griffin His plan was to visit the family mansion in Paisly, but the voyage first took him to Golden Farrow. The grandeur of this city enamoured him, and he spent many days there, travelling even further westwards, all the way to the city of Itau. Itau had untamed lands lying about, and monster hordes often poured in and terrorized the peasantry of Caerwynian regions. Many nobles fought these beasts, and Tugomir joined them, eyeing his chance to prove his military prowess. Throughout these years he undertook many dangerous scouting missions to Kid's Rock and Wallershire. For great bravery shown in battling monstrous hordes that plagued the land, Tugomir had been assigned to The Southern Knights of the Golden Phoenix, an elite Caerwyn army, that held complete southern line of defence, from Uppervia to Demyansk. His military talents shined through soon enough, and he became a Marshal of the Southern Knights. Purging War By that time Caerwyn was deeply involved in a war with Sanguis Astroism worshippers, but the war wasn't going very well at all. Caerwyn's only true ally Averoth succumbed to bloodstar hordes, Madina backed out, unable to hold its own isle against monsters, and Caerwyn was left alone. Times were desparate and even Southern Knights were summoned to fight the bloodstar fanatics. Tugomir marched his army northwards. Bloodstar army passed through Eidulb and invaded northern Caerwyn. The defenders rallied in Walefishire, but were greatly outnumbered and defeated. As if that wasn't enough, Caerwyn had to face an internal rift as well. Unsuccesfull Grand Imperator Amandil of Umbar went power-greedy, and usurped the ducal seat of Itau. Soon he proclaimed a tyranny of Itaulond taking allegiances of all Itaurian knights with him, but Tugomir never wished to serve under such an incapable leader, and he swore back his oath to Caerwyn. However, with forming of Itaulond, The Southern Knights were dismantled, but Tugomir Bribir became a marshal of The Heavy Strikers Group, whilst the Republic needed all capable knights as situation was chaotic and Caerwyn fought to survive.
