The Arrival of Syman

Roleplay from Oiren
Introductions with Syman

As Oiren took a step away from the smithy, following after Lily as she hurried through the crowds, he collided into someone. Knocking the both of them to the ground, Oiren sat confused at first before launching himself to his feet and offering a hand to the one whom he collided with.

"Please excuse me, I was lost in thought for a moment there and did not notice you. Here, let me help you." Oiren placed an arm under the man before him, gently lifting him to the ground, checking over him to ensure he wasnt hurt. "I am terribly sorry about that, are you okay? I didnt hurt you anywhere did I?"

Looking the hooded figure up and down, he noticed the shake of his left hand. In a moment of panic, he took ahold of the hand gently within his own, checking over it.

"Oh deary me, I am... I am terribly sorry. It seems I must have hurt your hand in some way." He began press slightly into the muscle and joints, looking over the calluses on the palm, trying to find some cause. Instead, the hooded figure simply took his hand out from Oiren's and placed it under his cloak.

"Th..Th.. There's no problem.. It.. It wasnt your fault." He began to push past Oiren, heading towards the smithy. Oiren couldnt help but feel concerned, shouting over the crowds to Lily.

"Lily! Come back here for a moment, dont go running off." Turning back to the hooded figure, he followed his movements. Tapping him lightly on the shoulder, "Is everything alright? You seem to be a bit out of it, if you dont mind me saying?"

The hooded figure turned back, looking at Oiren but for a moment before continuing towards the smithy, "I... I.... I am looking for my pouch", his eyes darting from side to side scouring the ground, "It..It.. was around here."

Oiren, sensing a good opportunity to repay the man, followed quickly behind. "Allow me to help then, I have a keen eye for these things you see. On account to the fact I am also quite prone to losing such things." He started to chuckle, laughing at his own joke. By this point, Lily had returned, looking very confused she simply followed Oiren back to the smithy.

The two of them began to search in the immediate area, talking to different shop keepers and distracting the blacksmith from his work again. This went on for a while until Lily stopped and crouched to the floor, brushing away at some weeds that had sprouted up from the ground she found a simple pouch, still intact. She took this over to Oiren with a large childlike smile.

"Oiren! Oiren! Look what I found." Holding out the pouch. Oiren simply looked over it, before realising. He walked over to the hooded man, once again tapping him lightly on the shoulder, "Excuse me, might this be what you are looking for?"

He turned, taking the pouch in his hands and untying the drawstrings. His anxious face began to calm, letting out a deep sigh he looked up at Oiren, "Yes... This... this.. is what I was looking for. Thank you"

Oiren smiled, he placed a hand on Lily's shoulder. "Dont thank me, thank Lily here. She was the one who found it, beat us both to it." Oiren continued to laugh, "Now you have found your pouch, how about you join us for the afternoon? I feel like I have not re-payed you enough, we have some bread and are about to buy some fresh meats and cheese's for lunch, would you care to join us?"

The hooded figure nodded, following on. Oiren, still grinning ruffled his hand through Lily's hair as to thank you. She had began to pout at the thought of having to share her bread but this simply made Oiren laugh more. As they continued down the street, a flash of something caught his eye, he wasnt quite sure what it was, whether it was real or his imagination. He shrugged this off and continued down the street.

"So tell me, what should I call you? I cant keep thinking of you as simply 'hooded man'."
