Itor Boss is a rural region in the southern highlands of the East Island. Itor Boss is located on the southern shore of the great inland sea. The Temple of the Heart is located in Itor Boss.
For two generations now, Patel Family holds feud to the lands. Originally, an independent region of the realm but now member of the Grand Duchy of Ibladesh City.

On the 26th of November, 2006, Itor Boss was returned to Itorunt after it's long absence from the realm, as part of the agreement of region trades (Ibladesh recieved Moyale, Bisciye and East Continent/Clermont, Itorunt gaining the lands of Itor Boss, Nimraw and Beziers), and Valdid Juramona was declared the new countess.
