Curiculum Vitae

Aeolus is probably the most religious of the living Ironsuns. He is an Elder Saint of Tersea in the Church Of Ibladesh and head of his family. Being devoted to his realm he always felt like helping out were he was needed most. Well, in the beginning he surely was trying to "help" his personal glory too, but working for the church all those years actually made him more then just religous. He became a pious man.

One day Aeolus had a strange and strong experience, which should change his live. The goddess Tersea appeared before his inner eye, while the noble was meditating. A few moments later Aeolus did feel the presence of the whole Pantheon of Ibladesh. ... On the next morning he woke up, holding both a pen and a full ornamented book in his hands. It was The Book of Origin and Aeolus is always contemplating about its content. Since then religion got even more important for him and Aeolus now is a respected Elder of the church. Later he also wrote the Book of Tersea which caused some discussion within the church. Aeolus Irunsun was Marshal of the Emissaries of Tersea, Patriarch of Ibladesh and Pontifex of Ibladesh.

In order to further glorify the gods he did respect so much, Aeolus later led a force of dedicated settlers (all brave Ibladeshians) to the City of Aix and together they founded the Diocese of Aix. That way he became Archbishop (ruler) and Duke of Aix. This was an exciting time, for sure. He married the love of his life, Tsukiko D'Anglos in Aix and Sinted, the blessed, Guild Leader of their church, honored them by conducting the ceremony himself. This ment a lot to Aeolus and he respected the man even more after that. Wedding Aeolus and Tsukiko

At this time the head of the Ironsun family never would have considered it possible that one could become too pious. The noble prayed for several hours a day and sometimes spent days in deep meditation. He used to have his mind focused on his patron goddess and people around him often claimed to feel the very presence of Tersea around the Elder Saint. So, when he fell into a spontaneous coma, a few weeks after founding the Diocese, his mind simply stayed fixed on her for all that time. And perhaps the thoughts of the mighty goddess were with him too, because somehow he survived all those weeks without eating or drinking. People later asked him if he, for any case, had initiated his deep meditation on purpose, but he never answered those questions. All that he knew was, that he suddenly wasn't able to thing about anything else but Tersea any more. However, the second before the Elder finally opened his eyes again, the picture before his inner eye suddenly changed. For weeks it had been the image of all charming Tersea, but at that very second it was his wife he saw. And indeed, he couldn't have told which one of those women looked more beautiful to him. So, Aeolus opened his eyes speaking the name of his love. "Tsukiko ..." But, she wasn't there. In fact he had to find out, that he was the only person in the whole palace. By the time he passed out while praying at his personal shrine at the royal palace, he was the newly crowned as well as the newly-wed ruler of the Diocese. But now that he finally left the shrine again the palace was devastated, the town was rogue and Diocese of Aix was history.

So, it was time for the man to start anew, and that's what he finally did. Still hoping that Tsukiko would surface again, he went back to Ibladesh and became Paladin Primus there. Fully in rage about loosing everything that was dear to him, except for his religion, he grasped his sword and swore to spill as much pagan blood as he was able to.
