The Barony of Irdalni

Historically a Region belonging to Alowca, this region has changed hands several times over the years, though predominantly it has always been a loyal standard bearer for Alowca and it's religion: the Trinity.

Nowadays Irdalni is one of the most affluent regions within Alowca, and it pays its own way to defend itself from foreign attacks. With a very large, experienced and capable militia force on hand at all times to deal with any assaults. These range from defending the citizenry from Undead or Monsters, to driving away Oritolon invaders coming from Grentzen.

In recent years, the fortunes of Irdalni had largely been dominated by one family in particular: House Osha. For the last two generations the Osha's ruled fairly and justly over the region, fostering the creativity of the Irdalni People and helping them to enjoy Alowcas Golden Age to the full! Though there was a short blip when Barbar was cruelly taken, Rinoa eventually returned to Alowca to once again bring the blessing of Oshan rule back to the great citizens of Irdalni! However this period of Oshan rule was shortlived, with Rinoa boarding a ship to Beluaterra only a couple of months later. The rumours that circulated afterwards suggested that Rinoa had secretly become a Heretic.

Shortly after Rinoa's disappearance, a revolution in Alowca overthrew Anomalous, and Irdalni was still without someone to guide it. However the new Pontifex Margrave quickly appointed another Noble Lady as Baroness of Irdalni, Crystal Arathorn. However she, just like Rinoa, found herself quickly going off to do new things, being elected as Pontifex of Alowca shortly afterwards. In her place, she has appointed Komek Brutalis to uphold the Honour of the people of Irdalni.

With Baron Komek's recent disappearance, Gravitas Martius, formerly long-serving General of Alowca, was appointed to the Baronetcy by Cathal Dubhaine, the Duke of Alowca. May his tenure be as long and honorable as that of his predecessor.
