It is known that on this continent (the East Continent) there exists a community participating in unnatural activities.
This community employs black magic, witchcraft, spellcasting, the summoning of monsters and undead and many other
forsaken rituals to succeed in their machinations against us.
Their plots have mysteriously caused terror, upset, malice, and sorrow for our innocent nobility.
It is the purpose of the community of this guild to investigate, confront and purge this realm of the occult group.
We are aware of their existence.
We are the righteous enforcers of the Fourth Law.
