Hulaferd can be found in the duchy of Wetham which is a part of the realm of the Wetham. A broad, moderately populated rural region that is frequently the scene of battle between Wetham and the Assassins.
Several thousand people call Hulaferd home and are most known for agriculture and herding. Never the less, in times of conflict the men of the Hail Storm Archers and Holy Riders Cavalry can be called upon to defend their homes. The Violet Fletches are another archer unit of moderate renown belonging to Hitran.
