So you are the new elected/chosen Judge. Congratulation! But now the real work starts. These are some simple guidlines to make your job as comfortable as possible.

Things you should know!

In order to be a successful Judge you need some background info. Here are some things that you must know.

-How high is the Tax rate? -How many Bureaucrats you have helping you. -Wich are the regions of our realm. -Wich region have a count and wich ones don't.

Most of this info you can find with "information"

How should i position my b-workers to have maximum effect?

Every Morning you have to look at the realms status list. This will summon the canges the regions have gone trough during the turnchange. At the beginning of this list you will find a message that sais the situation of your b-workers. If you have to many you will know it trough there.

The best way to maintain your realm is to create a message group for you and your b-workers. Then use your Judge Bulletin to make a clear list of the regions and next to that list, a list that will tell the b-workers were to be.

Example:

        Region A - B-worker John
        Region B - B-worker Lenny
        Region C - B-worker Homer
        Region D - B-worker Lenny

and so on...

What about the counts?

Counts are resonsable to tend to their region. But mostly they are normal soldiers who like to join the battles and don't have time to keep their region in top shape. In this case you haveto use your own ability to hold court to make sure their regions stay in good shape.
