The Goel family is fairly new to the ranks of nobility. Once a prosperous merchant, Sir Markus Goel married into a noble family and prospered in Carelia. Given land in a rural area, Tarree, he settled down with his new wife. Together they had several children. Now, the children are coming of age and setting out in the world to make a name for themselves.
