Girdle of Poitra

It's a fine piece of jewellery, with a green jewel encrusted into it's centre piece with pieces of diamond surrounding it and with some kind of engravment inside of the ring, which is completely incomprehensible, looks very much foreign.

Rumoured to have been found in the keep of Poitra, which, Roland Occam, Danny Tator and Blaeric Selemnir came across, just after re-claiming Poitra after the seccond Beluaterra invasion. This hidden, complex cave within Poitra has direct links to the Order of the Dragon as books of the said religion we're found here, and gave the story of the Dragons of Beluaterra, prior to even the first colonisation efforts of the original Beluaterra and, gave histories of the Dragon in it's might.

So what histories does this ring hold? What benevolence could it bring forth, and what relevance does it have with the Dragon?
