Gellin is a bureaucrat serving in Wetham. He had led his archers to victory several times, primarily against the cowardly Assassins. But the repeated defeats in battles against the larger realm of Outer Tilog have quenched his thirst for battle, and he now leads a small police unit, hoping to capture the infiltrators that threaten the lives of the other nobles of Wetham.
