Whereas,
1. The Republic of Fwuvoghor and members of the Ceeded City Alliance wish to improve relations between our peoples,
2. The Republic of Fwuvoghor and members of the Ceeded City Alliance share similar beliefs and
2. The Republic of Fwuvoghor and members of the Ceeded City Alliance recognize the necessity for de-facto city states to unite,
Be it declared,
1. The Republic of Fwuvoghor shall not act in hostility to members of the Ceeded City Alliance,
2. Members of the Ceeded City Alliance shall not act in hositility to The Republic of Fwuvoghor,
3. Should either party face an act of hostility from a foreign power, the other shall come to the aide of the first if possible and within reason.
