Found in the region Ygg d'Razhuul by the monster hunter Tavich. This infamous buckle is in the shape of a man being run through with a sword. Legend says that the buckle was forged by a blacksmith after the slaughter of his family by local bandits. Driven by rage and despair, the blacksmith swore himself to the old gods in return for vengeance and began to craft a set of horrific and twisted armor to wear on his own reign of terror throughout the region in an attempt to find those who killed the ones he loved.
