◆Diplomatic Briefing

Fontan together with Sirion and Old Rancagua form the Northern Trinity, which is currently at war with the diehard core of the Southern Alliance, which includes Perdan, Oligarch, and the puppet realm of Ubent. Fontan maintains a good relation with the Southern Federation of Ibladesh, Itorunt and Yssaria, among which Yssaria was established long time ago with the aid of Fontan. ◆Domestic Briefing ◇High Council

The High Council is consisted of all previous and current members of the Council and City Commanders. Under most circumstances, the High Council acts like the consultant of the realm and its nobles. On the rare occasions when crucial decisions are posing, however, the High Council will attempt to reach a consensus within itself before details and power of decision are moved to the Foreign Affairs Senate; if a consensus on the topic cannot be reached within the High Council, the topic will be dismissed without further noticing the Foreign Affairs Senate.

Chancellor - Be in charge of the foreign policy of Fontan, and is in responsible of all fair complaints regarding Fontan. Different from other governmental positions, Chancellor does not enjoy the privilege of free speech of Democracy, and has a limitation over the term of office, which is a maximum of four months.

Minister of Defense - Be in charge of the military policy of Fontan, and is in responsible of the smooth functioning of the War Academy. Depending on the situation, there may be a Vice General from time to time. See General Bulletin for more.

Supreme Judge - Be in charge of the domestic policy of Fontan, and is in responsible of supervising the elected governmental officials. See Judge Bulletin for more.

Minister of Finance - Be in charge of the financial policy of Fontan, and is in responsible of distributing the food and funds to where the resources are needed. See Banker Bulletin for more.

City Commanders - Dukes, who have certain powers over their own duchies. ◇Foreign Affairs Senate

The Foreign Affairs Senate is open to any Fontan noble who has been in the realm for more than 20 days and is interested in participating foreign affairs discussion. Under most circumstances, the Senate will be given details and power of decision on various affairs, which will then be executed by Chancellor according to the consensus of Senators. On the rare occasions when crucial decisions are posing, however, details and power of decision will be given to the Senate after a consensus is reached first within the High Council. To join the Senate, submit your application to the Chancellor.

◇War Academy

The War Academy is open to any Fontan noble who has been in the realm for more than 20 days and is interested in participating military tactics discussion. The Academy is where common warriors can be cultivated and transformed into a newer generation of Fontan's great strategists, and where the General can exchange views and thoughts with other military experts over various military topics. To join the Academy, submit your application to the Chancellor.

◇Maintenance Corps

The Maintenance Corps is consisted of Chancellor, Supreme Judge, and all of the bureaucrats in the realm. Under the guidance of Supreme Judge, the Maintenance Corps has full authority over regional domestic affairs, and can assume controls over region commanders or ordinary nobles when necessary, providing the circumstances are acknowledged by Minister of Defense. ◇Coimbra Dwellers

A long, long time ago, there was a Monarchy realm named Coimbra, stretching from Akesh Temple to Avamar City, with Krimml as its capital. Coimbra was also a long time friend of Fontan. The realm eventually became another victim of the continental warfare, when its capital was tookover by Oligarch. Shortly after, Fontan annexed Viseu, the last territory of Coimbra, with the vow to resurrect this realm wth beautiful forests one day in the future to come. The Coimbra Dwellers is consisted of the Chancellor of Fontan and nobles of Coimbra, to make it easier for Fontan to understand the needs of its friend, and to show the determination of Fontan in fulfilling its oath.
