◆Executive Branch of Fontan

The Executive Branch of Fontan is in charge of the administration of local governments. The Maintenance Corps, under the guidance of Supreme Judge, has full authority over regional domestic affairs, and can assume controls over region commanders and ordinary nobles when emergencies occur, providing the circumstances are acknowledged by Minister of Defense.

◇Bureaucratic Assignments

The Legislative Branch of Fontan is in charge of the revision of laws. Opinions on the current law, along with amendment proposals, are to be handled and concluded under the final decisions of Supreme Judge. Every new, or modified law shall only go into effect one full day after enacted by Supreme Judge. ◆Judicial Branch of Fontan

The Judicial Branch of Fontan is in charge of the execution of laws. In case of any violations of the statute law, different degrees of punishments shall be imposed by Supreme Judge on the committed noble in accordance with the law. ◇Nobles Under the Judiciary of the Laws of Fontan Fines

A fine will be imposed when a noble shows disobedience to any of the following clauses for twice and above:

  1. Follow the orders from the Council.
  2. No looting and no hanging rebels unless ordered or approved.
  3. No entrance into Caligus territory unless ordered or approved.
  4. No transactions in the black market unless ordered or approved.
  5. No degraded behaviors out of nobility.

The amount of the fine shall be determined by numerous factors, including the severity of the event, a first offense or a recidivism, etc.Real life circumstances are taken into account only when the Council is informed beforehand or in emergencies. Banishments

A banishment will be imposed when a noble meets any of the following clauses:

  1. Being fined for the same reason a third time.
  2. Being found working for another realm undercoverly.
  3. Commit any actions causing considerable damages to the realm as a whole.
  4. Out-of-Character personal attacks.

Out-of-Character Banishments

An Out-of-Character banishment will be imposed when a player meets any of the following clauses:

  1. Confirm to be a multi-cheater.
  2. Serious violations of the Social Contract or the Rules of Conduct.

◇Nobles Not Under the Judiciary of the Laws of Fontan Defectors from Hostile Realms

Nobles fall into this category will be closely inspected until the realm deems they have earned their rightful respect as a true noble of Fontan. Dungeon Prisoners

Nobles fall into this category will be under full disposal of Supreme Judge.
