Laws of Fissoa

The Law

  • Looting is illegal within our borders, it may be legitimate outside the realm, but ask the council for permission beforehand (as it may be diplomatically harmful if you loot a region that another realm has claims on.
  • The use of magic is legal unless used to harm or otherwise remove council members and lords from their positions.
  • Duels are legal. No prior permission necessary.
  • Founding a religion is illegal, unless authorized by the Council/Grand Duke. Please contact the council with any proposals. It will have to be accepted by the realm in general as well.
  • Breach of peace: Improper behavior unbefitting of a noble; causing dissension and insubordination is a punishable offence.

Rights

Everyone is equal before the law. Everyone exercise the right to freedom of speech (while preserving national unity) and hold the right to defend oneself in court.

There is nothing wrong with expressing your opinion, but there is something wrong with not doing so on a respectful, honorable way.

Prisoners of war

Currently you will be treated fairly.
