Tournament in Minas Ithil

September 10th 2007 Nine days ago Sir Dead Angel3, King of Minas Ithil announced a tournament of Joust and Swordfight to be held in Shanandoah. There was an entry fee of twenty gold coins with a prize sum of 500 gold for first and 100 gold for second. There is no doubt this is a slightly odd time for Minas Ithil to have a tournament as they are at war with their neighbor Norland. There however is the possibility the tournament could signify an end to hostilities or could be a device to raise funds to continue to wage war.

Breakthrough

September 6th 2007 Falasan forces have broken through the Eston choke point of Amdor and have moved to Dondor, then Melias. Eston's capital city Hawthorne is now only one turn away.

Nazia's brave peasants

September 3rd 2007 Eston has once again moved troops into Falasan's mountain region of Nazia. And once again their profiteering troops are robbing local dignateries so much so that the hard working peasants have taken up arms to defend their homes from the scurge that is Eston.
