Elonke Family

House of Elonke

The Elonke family, originally from Oyonniarre on the island of Atamara has only within a year been recognized as noble;, and its history, consequently, is a short one. Still, the family yearns for fame and wealth. With a total family wealth of 1680 (and a fame of 5), the Elonke's are on their way.

Of course, there are those that stand out in the family, and it are those who have had the most impact on the family's influence:

The first one to begin a military career, he is the youngest of the cousins currently working apart from the family's home. He is also the family's resident Hero. He is strong and willing to put himself on the line, even if it means his own demise. He wishes not to die, though, until he has brought fame and wealth to his family.

He began his career in Carelia as an archer commander, and quickly learned his duties under the tutelage of a mentor. After a few skirmishes, however, he realized his true calling as a hero. He was inducted into the group of Carelian heroes, the Iron Hearts of Carelia.

Later on, he was given custody of the region Scarbran, on the Carelian/Abbington border. His region was lost, however, after a battle with Abbington that left Marshall and his group of archers as the last unit on the field of battle against Abbington (they quickly retreated).

Recently, he has traded his archers for a unit of Cavalry, and began gaining jousting skill in various skirmishes after that. He went on to attend his first jousting tournament, and made it to the third round before losing to the troop leader who would claim the jousting title. Marshall has sworn to improve his skills further and emerge victorious, and looks toward the future optimistically.
