East Continent/Astrum Woods

The Astrum Woods lie in the middle of the continent between the Akesh Mountains and the northern plains. The smallest of the great forests it has the darkest reputation and is often the source of sinister ghost stories and rumor. With so many tales of strange creatures and stranger happenings it is no surprise that it is a major stopping point for heroes on quests to purge the world of evil. Supposedly there is a major series of caves below the forest but none who've searched for them has ever returned.

The Astrum Woods encompasses the following regions:

• Evora - also part of the Akesh Mountains
• Braga
• Oporto
• Commonyr
• Dulbin - only partly wooded
